Barneys – The Reality 

After months of speculation Barneys New York is closing its doors. From Fred’s, to the makeup counters and fashion floors, Barneys was a gathering place for many. A signature store that I call “A Fashion Retreat.” Barneys is the legendary store to explore, a place to discover, and engage your senses.  

A gallery where artists, artisans and designers were celebrated like paintings. With fashion collections circling the perimeter walls the artisan gallery encouraged patrons to stroll about leisurely, to visualize the latest fashions and discover the floating jewelry cases – illuminated within. Fashion was the commander and the “Mantra” for the fashionable elite. 

I love being a part of the Barneys legacy. As an artist, from that first moment I met the creative directors in New York City, I was embraced and recognized for my vision and creativity. I thank the Barneys teams that have been of support and found delight for my fantasy jewelry collections.   

I now say “Thank You to my Barneys family” I am most grateful for the moments we have shared, you will live in my heart forever. Until we meet again.
