Prosper your Inner Goddess
I think the world is going to have a broader sense of understanding for the word well- being. In nature, the transformation of the caterpillar to a butterfly is one of the most beautiful teachings. To evolve, the caterpillar transforms and sheds itself from a dark cocoon, thus emerging into the light with gorgeous and beautiful butterfly wings.
Life challenges, often show up in different ways, rocking us to our core. As a Grand Master in the Art & Science of Feng Shui, I have assisted many clients in times of transition. The challenges are often preceded by unexpected life events as career changes, unemployment, divorce, illness and now loneliness/pandemic Quarantine.
I am often asked, “What is Feng Shui and how can this philosophy help me in these difficult times?” This highly complex & centuries old Art & Science, harnesses the power to create an Energy life force- Feng Shui translated. The Fire & Water energy when aligned creates vapor breath. Hence without breath, we are not alive. Notice when facing fear, we may shrug our shoulders, hold our breath and become exhausted- this is breath not aligned.
I have taken Feng Shui to the next level and developed Art & Science for Sensory design- Healthy Life and Style support. In my eponymous jewelry collections, I feature the two sided coin for mediations, representing Challenge and Opportunity. This teaching helps to create positive action when facing challenges, offering you a new road for success.
From early on, our lives and self worth are our platform for behaviour when applied to the home and the workplace. It is an outer reflection of self and values. Quarantine offers you a pause moment-- to gaze around your home and notice what is “valuable” to you? How do you live currently and function in business, family and relationships?
Your home is your Sanctuary, a place to reflect and relax in internal mode. The work place is your more aggressive energy, perfect for decisive moments. In these times, I recommend separating your work zone from the home & family zone to create a “whole-istic” space.
The mind and body connection unconsciously dictates how you will address your personal relationships and decisions. To be in harmony, we often need to balance our energies which are associated with different moods, colors and emotions. For example, when working, your mind should be connected to your body and not what's for dinner later. Another example, when exercising on a treadmill, I often see many gymnasts reading or watching TV on their monitors. Therefore, their mind and body are not connected for full energy reboot. I suggest to mentally think of your body as you pace yourself on the treadmill to align energy mode.
Prosper Goddess Homework:
In this moment- Take a pause to reflect. Leave your phone outside the room, this is a “no phone” zone.
Think of the times you want to move in a new direction. The mind must connect to your body on where you want to go & how to get there! To manifest, here are some quick tips:
- Create healthy boundaries. I encourage you to say no to people or situations that don't reflect your highest values.
- Nurture yourself. It's an important expression of self love to eat & drink well with healthy nutrition.
- Live with compassion. Remember, having an open heart will attract love in return.
Daily Mantras- “Move on”, “Let it Go” & “Lighten Up”.
They're visual tools and affirmations to support you on your journey.
Blessings,
